I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is deeply dedicated to helping adults, families, teens and children. I have 22 years of professional experience working with substance abuse and dependency issues. My own personal experience has been my greatest asset in understanding, supporting, and encouraging growth and healing with my clients. I believe that healthy relationships require good communication, which can require looking beneath the surface. Discovering a greater capacity to love and connect in a positive way can be the results of the therapeutic process.

The complexity of couples in crisis struggling with infidelity/affairs is a specialty of mine. These behaviors are often symptoms of relationships in need of attention and reconstruction. Couples committed to the therapeutic process may experience a deeper level of intimacy. Somatic Work, Sand Play Therapy, Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral approach are a few of the tools included in my therapeutic orientation. I am passionate, non judgmental, interactive and committed to my clients unique needs. I provide any assistance needed within the holistic/psychiatric/medical communities as I have researched my referral base thoroughly. I understand the importance of having a safe, confidential, "good fit" with your therapist and will be committed to helping you achieve that end.
